Candidate will be responsible for the execution of reliability test operations and report to Senior Reliability Engineering Manager. The operational tasks consist of reliability testing of IC products, packages, and process technology with focus on suitability to end applications and conformance to industry standards. Candidate will supervise the reliability lab technical staff and ensure timely support for product and process development projects. Candidate will proactively plan for and execute on procurement of resources to support product and process development projects as well as sustaining tasks in a timely manner. Candidate will direct device level failure analysis and troubleshooting of reliability test hardware for an in-depth understanding of IC device failures resulting from reliability tests.
At least five years of reliability engineering and management experience in semiconductors, preferably analog, and/or mixed signal devices.
Hands-on troubleshooting and electrical fault diagnosis of IC devices and burn-in boards
Operation of accelerated life test systems and environmental chambers.
Hands-on experience with ESD/LU, parameter tester, and other IC device characterization equipment
Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in technical problem solving of switch mode power converters.
Education: Minimum qualification requires B.S. degree in electrical engineering, physics, or an equivalent technical discipline
