The Civil Engineering Department at Boise State University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level. Successful candidates will be highly collaborative and contribute significantly to teaching and research at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Candidates are being sought with expertise in environmental engineering.
Applicants must have:
a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,
a doctorate degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
the ability to perform high-quality research as evidenced by acquisition of external funding and peer-reviewed publications.
Applicants should have:
a professional engineer’s license
or the ability to acquire one within three years of appointment
The State of Idaho requires this to teach design courses.
