| Our Land Development Division currently has an opening for a Civil Designer/Project Engineer. This position will be based in our Naperville, IL office. This position will design the technical aspects of site design for projects that prepare land for development or redevelopment. The Land Development Group works in commercial/retail, educational, health care, industrial, institutional, residential and other markets. - Experience is needed in the areas of hydrology, site and paving plans, erosion control and grading plans, watermain and storm sewer plans.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include design for the above mentioned areas, preparing permit applications and submittals and researching potential development sites.
- This position also provides the opportunity to work directly with the client.
