Industry leader, in Aluminothermic welding process, for railroad applications is seeking qualified applicants, interested in joining our expanding technical team.
Job Responsibilities: In this key role, the Technical Sales & Service Representative will be responsible for sales & servicing the technical needs of our customers. Key performance areas include, but are not limited to:
Field training of customers
Field troubleshooting and problem solving
Plan and accomplish basic Thermit welding services as required
Maintain direct contact with welding supervisors and Maintenance of Way departments
Develop and maintain customer base for all products through active field sales personnel efforts
Build relationships with customers
Hands on assistance in welding
New product demonstrations
Field visit and site audit report with pictures
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including highly developed interpersonal skills
Must be self-motivated
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Must be detail oriented and organized.
Heavy travel required.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must pass pre-employment substance abuse testing.
Must successfully complete Pre-Employment screenings (Background, driving record, drug, etc.)
Location in the Missouri/Kansas area
