We are seeking an energetic Quality Engineer. This is a leadership role with a focus on quality improvement, measurement, training and process documentation. It touches all departments of the organization relative to leading quality improvement.

You ought to be comfortable working in a small team, as this Quality department consists of five colleagues, have sharp multi-tasking skills and an agile mindset.

Quality Notification Owner
Quality & Cost Improvement Projects: Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection
Participate in the Material Number Item Master enrichment process
Host both regulatory and customer on-site audits
Auditing (Internal and External )
What You Need to Succeed
With your BS Degree in technical, engineering or related field, plus at least 5 years' work experience in Quality Engineering, you'll be ready to take on this challenging role.
Most Desired skills:
Statistical Process Control data collection methods for designing and implementing methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
Working with ISO 9001:2015
We use SAP and your experience in a complex ERP system will be essential
Excellent problem solving skills, analytical and statistical problem solving tools
Valued but not required:
CQA Lead Auditor Certification (willing to obtain within 6 months of employment
CQE Certification (both willing and able to obtain within 18 months of employment)
Experience using standard quality tools i.e. Flow Charts, Pareto Charts, Histogram, Control Charts, Ishikawa Diagram, 5 Why's,
Six Sigma training
This role works closely with several departments. Emotional Intelligence and polished Interpersonal Skills are a must for the technical and non-technical working relationships.
