The Technology Leader will work independently, and, as a member of a project team, performing technical work requiring application of standard as well as custom-developed procedures. This function serves as a high level resource, specific to expertise in Polymeric Materials, Testing, and Processing. Strong problem solving, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills are essential.

 

Candidate should have direct experience in the design and modification of polymeric systems used in high performance applications.   Familiarity with thermoplastic extrusion, thermosets, and coatings required.   Ability to work within a multi-discipline team of professionals to support the development of materials and processes required to manufacture end products for commercial use.

NOTES:
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
