Civil Site Project Manager

Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) is seeking a Civil Site Engineering Project Manager to join our growing New England operations in our Salem, NH office. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, surveyors, and technicians on various assigned civil land development projects throughout the New England region. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the technical accuracy, standard engineering practices, and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various project plans, reports, and design documents
• Prepare construction drawings, plans, and project specifications
• Proficient with creating hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, grading plans, drainage plans, utilities, and specifications
• Work with peers and mentor junior staff to ensure projects are completed within budget and scope
• Project management to include writing contracts, preparing invoices, and managing schedules

Qualifications:

• BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• PE license is preferred
• Experience in land development design, grading, utilities, stormwater management, erosion & sediment control
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D is preferred
• Experience in AutoCAD Storm and Sanitary Analysis and/or HydroCAD is preferred
• Experience in project management or the desire to advance in a PM role
• Communication skills to include attendance at public hearings and working with public agencies
