Heber City Corporation has an immediate opening for a full-time Staff Engineer. This job requires the following essential functions: Performs a variety of professional and administrative duties related to serving as an engineering project leader and manager, performing administrative technical functions on projects involving streets, water, irrigation, sewer, parks, cemetery, airport, storm water, flood control, and new development. Work requires the exercise of judgement and discretion in organizing, directing and controlling the design, development and construction of city infrastructure. Candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience directly related to above duties OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional engineering license, storm water permitting, and GIS experience preferred. |
