Quality System Coordinator

Inpro is currently seeking a Quality System Coordinator to help facilitate the maintenance and improvement of our quality system. The Quality System Coordinator will implement changes and requirements identified through assessment of the quality system, and will evaluate our quality system documentation for accuracy and effectiveness. The position will be responsible for evaluating, summarizing, and distributing performance data, as well as identifying areas that require improvement.

The Job:

• Maintain quality system to meet, at a minimum, the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard as well as any required regulations
• Evaluate and summarize quality performance data for management and supplier review
• Coordinate and evaluate quality and environmental system internal audits
• Serve as gatekeeper for the release of controlled documents and maintenance of records
• Administer corrective action program
• Utilize industry specific software systems for data entry, reporting and audits

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality system coordination
• Bachelor or Associates degree required
• Certifications preferred: LSS Yellow Belt, ASQ Certification (CQIA or CQPA)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer skills including proficiency in MS Office
• Some travel required, less than 5%
