TYPICAL DUTIES Responsibilities may include but are not necessarily limited to the following: • Participate in the development and implementation of medium and long-term plans to support divisional objectives and growth of the regional business. • Initiate, build, and enhance relationships with Customers, partners, and other key internal and external stakeholders. • Work closely with the Sales & Business Development team to define, develop, and execute regional sales growth strategies and campaigns to achieve organizational objectives. • Develop and deliver effective presentations and demonstrations on the value of our offerings to Customers and to close sales. • Work collaboratively with Global Product Managers to evaluate, establish, and develop regional opportunities. • Lead through management and mentorship, while embodying, fostering, and enforcing ANDRITZ values and principles. • Assist in the development of the regional budget and monitor and control the financial performance. • Oversee the forecasting of engineering schedules and resources for the region. • Work in partnership with the Director of Regional Services & Solutions - Canada to ensure cooperation, coordination and collaboration between the division’s North American locations. • Act as a technical advisor on major programs, proposals, and complex projects. • Ensure that the project activities of the local offices are successfully executed and adhere to the quality standards established by the Company. • Identify and manage technical risks across the portfolio of projects within the assigned region. • Participate on the Quality Management Review Committee. • Network with industry groups and professional organizations to establish the presence and reputation of the Company. |
