OBJECTIVES The Transmission Policy Manager is responsible for administrating and planning for Agency power delivery resources.  These resources include transmission and wholesale distribution assets, contracts, and regulatory requirements in wholesale power markets.  Oversee Agency and member’s Transmission ownership including but not limited to the filing of Attachment O with MISO, the accounting and allocation of ownership rights allocated to Members.  Understand and administer, as the subject matter expert, Members and Agency Grandfather Agreements in MISO and the source contracts with various parties that created these GFA's.     REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS Reports to: CEO Supervises: No direct
