Experienced Fire Sprinkler ITM Manager
We are currently seeking a career-minded individual to add to our Service & Inspection team.
The ITM Manager’s duties include scheduloing testing and inspection of fire sprinkler systems. The manager will also be responsible for inspecting and testing fire sprinkler systems per NFPA 25. We have a need for a self-motivated, customer service-oriented Manager with strong written and verbal communication skills. The manager will provide accurate and detailed inspections reports.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Inspection, testing and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems including: Annual Wet and Dry systems, 5 year testing, Pre-Action systems.
Working knowledge of sprinkler controls, alarm panels, devices, and critical components
Comprehensive knowledge of life safety and NFPA code(s) and other applicable codes & standards
Ability to manage multiple ITM jobs at one time, including scheduling, entering inspection reports, and ensuring timely billings.
WSP ITT certificate Holder
· Seattle License is preferred with AS-ITM
Exceptional Communication and organizational skills
Capability to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction)
Able to complete reports and documentation, as necessary
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
· Must pass drug screen, background and reference check
