Job description The Inspection and Testing of Water Based Systems, NICET Certified Technician, will be joining the Optimum Fire & Security Federal Team in support of various Federal Government projects as well as assist in the local North Carolina and South Carolina market. This person does not need to relocate as this position requires travel in this region and to various Federal projects around the country. NICET Certified Fire Sprinkler Systems Inspector/Technician Responsibilities: Interpret and apply applicable Codes and Standards including IBC, IFC, and NFPA 13, 20, 22, and 25 Perform fire sprinkler inspections, and fire pump inspections in a multitude of differing environments, structures, and settings Extensive knowledge of fire sprin
