Paralegal/Executive Assistant     

Job Location – Visalia, CA

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

• Prepares agreements and contracts for services used by and/or provided by the division.
• Processes contract documents for approval and distributes executed contracts.
• Monitors agreements and contracts for services.
• Completes a wide variety of administrative tasks for the CEO & executive team, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments and meetings; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.
• Ability to communicate on behalf of the CEO regarding scheduling, itinerary, or other updates as needed.
• Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables, including drafting internal letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.
• Assists in coordinating the agenda of the senior management and executive team meetings.
• Facilitates cross-divisional coordination of travel and outreach plans.
• Coordinates staff meetings, staff correspondence, and documents needed for company-wide communication.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Paralegal experience in transactional legal services is preferred.
2. Knowledge and experience with litigation preferred.
3. Previous experience supporting C-level Executives.
4. Strong drive and commitment to providing exceptional care and support to others.
5. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
6. Prior experience in the AEC industry is beneficial but not required.

Compensation:

The candidate’s skill and experience level will determine the salary and be highly competitive with industry standards. The benefits package includes full employee health coverage (50% coverage for dependents), company 401(k) contribution, and performance bonuses. The expected hourly rate for this position is $24-$32/hr.
