Position Summary: To plan, organize, direct, manage, and participate in the development, review, and approval of complex engineering and transportation planning, traffic engineering activities including, but not limited to, all aspects of the development of  infrastructure/capital improvements and special projects, permitting, and conditioning new development and overseeing the administration of infrastructure systems; and to provide complex and advanced level professional engineering support involving research, planning, design, and construction of engineering projects.
