The Assistant Manager of Technical Support & Training performs equipment engineering and technical support functions in support of Commuter Rail Maintenance to include vehicle modifications, maintenance updates, SOPs and maintenance documentation management. As well as supervises and administers Rail Vehicle Maintenance new hire and recurrent training programs per WES Training, Designation and Qualification program and support the TriMet SESS Division for required employee safety training.
