KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Engineer is part of the Facilities team reporting to the Chief and Assistant Chief Engineers. This is a full-time position that requires weekend work. The Engineer will oversee the performance and maintenance of equipment and machinery on the Island. Responsibilities include: Monitor and manage building systems using installed BMS system and regularly review building performance against design goals and baseline benchmarks. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and routine inspections following manufacturer recommendations and operational experience and preventive maintenance plans in place.
