Summary  The Substation Engineer will assure the integrity, constancy and completeness of the Substation Equipment Maintenance and Testing Program through the use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and the supporting Reliability Centered Maintenance and Predictive / Diagnostic Maintenance (RCM / PdM) programs.
