FPLS Engineering is a fire protection engineering firm focused on providing engineering and design services to federal, military, and industrial clients.  We are growing and need a couple of good designers who enjoy challenging projects, some travel (some international), an energetic atmosphere, and great clients. Our offices are in Richmond, VA, but we offer a hybrid work model, and possibly a fully-remote model for the right designer. We pay for all hours worked, even for our senior staff.  It's only fair.  So ever if you are a salaried employee, you will be paid straight time for overtime.
