Performs highly advanced technical professional engineering work in the Transportation & Infrastructure Department. Leads complex traffic engineering projects. Develops and updates design standards and policies. Interacts with ADOT, MCDOT, MAG, surrounding agencies and committees. Ensure federal guidelines and requirements are followed. Serve as a technical expert, focus on safe, efficient and city transportation action plan through advanced engineering and project delivery. Manage budget, design, and public presentation.
