We are offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
$1,000 paid at start

What You Bring
Active state license as required for fire alarm work
NICET Level I (or higher) required; NICET Level II must be obtained within 12 months of hire
Minimum 2 years of fire alarm or low voltage experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Strong troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working independently or leading small crews
Professional communication skills in customer-facing environments
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
Preferred but not required:
Experience with clean agent fire suppression systems
Experience in access control, CCTV, AV, CATV, or structured cabling
Experience operating lifts and working at height
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods
Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons
Occasional overnight travel as required
