The City of Green Bay is seeking a Traffic Manager to lead our Traffic Division which oversees everything from signal timing and street lighting to traffic calming, safety initiatives, and long-term mobility planning. In this role, you’ll lead a talented team, guide citywide traffic safety initiatives, and shape transportation planning, all within a stable schedule that supports balance, family time, and life in a community you’ll love.

Hiring Range: $106,131 - $124,871 annually

 *Starting salary will be based upon qualifications and experience

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and Friday, 7:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m., plus additional hours as needed, including some evening meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of six years of experience in traffic engineering, planning or management with two years in a supervisory capacity, preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
